Intellectual property and content

We (and our licensors) own the Website and its content. You retain ownership of content you upload and create. You grant JobSprout a worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to host, process, and display your content solely to provide the services. You are responsible for ensuring you have necessary rights to upload content.

Subscriptions, credits, and lifetime plans

We offer subscriptions (monthly/yearly), one‑time credit top‑ups, and a lifetime plan. Subscriptions auto‑renew each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel anytime via the “Manage Subscription” link (Stripe Billing Portal). After cancellation, you retain access until the end of the paid period.

Credits enable use of certain features and are not currency. Credits are non‑transferable and may not be sold. Unless required by law, credits are non‑refundable once delivery starts. Free signup credits are granted at our discretion.

The lifetime plan grants ongoing access to the specified features for the life of the product, subject to reasonable use and our continued offer of the service. We may evolve features over time.

Digital content and right to cancel

When you purchase digital content (including credits) and request immediate performance, you acknowledge that you lose the statutory 14‑day right to cancel once delivery starts. We present this acknowledgement at checkout where applicable. This does not affect your legal rights regarding faulty services.

Pricing, taxes, and payments

Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise and may change with notice. Taxes (including VAT) may apply based on your location. Payments are processed by Stripe. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for due amounts.

Refunds

Except where required by law, subscription fees are non‑refundable once a billing period has started and credit purchases are non‑refundable once delivery starts. This does not affect your statutory rights.

AI outputs and disclaimers

AI‑generated content may be inaccurate or incomplete. It is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing and using outputs appropriately.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JobSprout will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the services. Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms or misuse. You may delete your account at any time.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

Severability
